1. Acceptance

By accessing MangoBus, you agree to these terms. If you use the platform for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. The service

MangoBus provides software for bus travel sales and operations, including route, fleet, reservation, agency, ticketing and reporting tools. Specific features may change as the service evolves.

3. Accounts and access

You must provide accurate information, protect login credentials, assign access only to authorized users and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized activity. You are responsible for actions performed through your account.

4. Operator responsibilities

Operators remain responsible for their routes, schedules, fares, transport services, licenses, passenger communications, refunds, taxes and compliance with transport and consumer laws. MangoBus does not operate the transport service.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, upload unlawful or harmful content, reverse engineer restricted portions of the service, or use MangoBus to violate third-party rights.

6. Fees

Current standard pricing is shown on the pricing page. The Free plan supports up to 100 reservations; the Growth plan is €35 per month with unlimited reservations. Applicable taxes and any separately agreed services may be additional.

7. Data and privacy

You retain responsibility for data you submit and grant MangoBus the limited rights necessary to host, process and transmit it to provide the service. Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, security events and factors outside reasonable control may affect access.

9. Intellectual property

MangoBus and its software, branding and documentation are protected by intellectual property laws. These terms grant only a limited, non-exclusive right to use the service during an active account.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend access for material breach, security risk, unlawful use or unpaid fees. You may stop using the service and request account closure, subject to outstanding obligations and necessary data-retention periods.

11. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without implied warranties and MangoBus is not liable for indirect, special or consequential loss. Any aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
